The season of Aquarius has begun. In the language of Shamanic Egyptian Astrology, Aquarius is aligned with the creator god Ptah. Ptah created Heaven and Earth, manifesting his creation through words that he spoke. His tongue is connected to his heart, reminding us that all that we create must emanate from Love.
In traditional astrology, Aquarius is associated with group experiences and technology. Aquarians are often fascinated by science, technology or the expanded future visions found in science fiction. Their eyes are focused on the horizon – where we are going and who we can become. In their shadow, they can be impersonal and emotionally detached. In their light, these are the true visionaries, obsessed with manifesting a new reality that lies just beyond our perception.
We are in transition, moving from the dying Age of Pisces and into the birth of a New Aeon. We are at the crossroads between death and birth, a messy, complicated place. Seeds are being planted that will sprout and grow in the years ahead. As we participate in this creation we must be like Ptah; our thoughts and words connected to our hearts. If we want to reap a loving world, we must start by sowing the seeds of Love.
During this transit of the Sun – AmunRa, dual god of Light and Dark – through Aquarius/Ptah, pay attention to the thoughts you think and the words you speak. If you want a different experience, both for yourself and for Earth, stay connected to your heart and allow Love to be the source of all your creations.
The Sun/AmunRa will remain in Aquarius/Ptah until February 18.
